As a child, I was deeply fascinated by art in all its forms and by what happened in my parents' ateliers. Everything that took place there captivated me endlessly. I watched with admiration as the tailors created garments from pieces of fabric.
Growing up with entrepreneurial and creative parents, I was introduced to the art of fashion, tailoring, and the pursuit of perfection at a young age. It is only later that you realize the impact of these insights and the richness of taste with which you were raised.
After successfully completing my Master's in Law at the Vrije Universiteit, I followed my heart and took over the reins at Ettemadis in 2009. The years of practical experience and inspiration I gained from my father, a designer and master tailor, gave me the confidence to fully commit to the family business. To this day, I personally design all the clothing, create the patterns, and lead a team of experienced tailors. As the primary point of contact for my clients, I serve both as a tailor and a style advisor.
My approach to client consultation is intuitive and sensitive. I always strive for the perfect balance between elegance and what suits the client best. By blending tradition with innovation and taking into account both style and fashion, my goal is to make my clients happy and ensure they look fantastic. Simplicity is central to this process.
